Job Description
- LG After-Sales Service လုပ်ငန်းများကို စီမံကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
- Service Team နှင့် Technician များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲပြီး နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များ ခွဲဝေပေးခြင်း။
- Customer / Dealer များ၏ Service Request နှင့် Complaint များကို အချိန်မီ ဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း။
- Home Service Job များကို လမ်းကြောင်းနှင့် အခြေအနေအလိုက် စနစ်တကျ စီစဉ်ညွှန်ကြားခြင်း။
- Spare Parts Stock, Order နှင့် Inventory များကို စစ်ဆေးကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
- Warranty Claim နှင့် Product Issue များကို LG Principal နှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်၍ ဖြေရှင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- Service Report, Weekly/Monthly Data များ ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြခြင်း။
- Service Expense နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော စာရင်း/စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို စစ်ဆေးကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
- အရေးပေါ် Customer Complaint များကို ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းခြင်းနှင့် လိုအပ်သည့် Service Support များ ပေးခြင်း။
Job Requirements
- တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Team Management & People Management အတွေ့အကြုံ (၂) နှစ်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
- Customer Complaint များကို ထိရောက်စွာ ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ရမည်။
- Data and Report များကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံနိုင်ရမည်။
- Communication, Problem Solving နှင့် Leadership Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- အလုပ်တာဝန်များပြားသည့် အခြေအနေတွင် စနစ်တကျ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်
- ရိုးသားမှု၊ တာဝန်ယူမှုနှင့် စည်းကမ်းလိုက်နာမှုရှိရမည်။
- Team ကို ဦးဆောင်ပံ့ပိုးပေးနိုင်ပြီး လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များကို အဆုံးတိုင် တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
