Job Requirements
• ဆယ်တန်းအောင် (သို့ ) တက္ကသိုလ် တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အသက်(၂၀) နှစ်နှင့်အထက်ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Circuit Board ပြုပြင်ခြင်း၊ battery ပြင်ဆင်တပ်ဆင် ခြင်း၊ Speaker ပြုပြင်သည့် အပိုင်းများဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရမည်။
• Service In & Out process အတိုင်း လိုက်လံကြီးကြပ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရမည်။
• Team Member များအား Service Policy အတိုင်း ပြုပြင်သည့်အပိုင်း အချိန်မှီပီးမြောက်ရန် ကြီးကြပ် ကွက်ကဲပေးရမည်။
• Customer service ပေးခြင်း ၊ Customer Complain များလက်ခံ ဖြေရှင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရမည်။
• Service payment receive များ ကြည့်ကြပ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရမည်။
• Service Delivery Way အား Transport နှင့် လမ်းကြောင်း စီစဉ် ပေးရမည်။
• Service ground stock များအား အပို/အလို မရှိ ထိန်းသိမ်းပေးရမည်။ (DMW & Accessorise)
• After Sale Service Maintainance Reporting (Maintainance Form, Gate ဘောင်ချာ)
• Bluetooth Speaker Battery များ ပြုပြင် / တပ်ဆင်တတ်သူ ဦးစား ပေးပါမည်။
• Warehouse layout & Bincard အကြောင်း နားလည်သိရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Leadership Skill Knowledge ရှိရမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays:Sunday & Public Holidays
