Job Descriptions
- Color Matching: Creating and matching ink colors based on Pantone standards or customer samples.
- Ink Formulation: Mixing inks and additives according to specific formulas and recipes.
- Quality Control: Checking ink viscosity, pH levels, and color accuracy before and during production.
- Inventory Management: Tracking ink stock levels and ordering raw materials to prevent shortages.
- Ink Reclamation: Recycling and blending leftover inks to reduce waste and save costs.
- Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining ink mixing machines and lab equipment.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate logs of ink formulas and batch reports.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
