Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma, Professional Certification, or MBA is preferred.
- Between 30 and 50 years old.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Distribution Management.
- Experience with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or related software.
- Knowledge of Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Inventory Control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Advanced Excel skills.
Job Summary (Main Duty): Responsible for executing the company’s strategic vision, mission, and management directives within the Warehouse & Logistics Department. This role ensures operations run efficiently, smoothly, and systematically to guarantee the fast and accurate distribution of goods.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Collaboration: Lead department staff to achieve company objectives and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Distribution Management: Partner with the Sales team to manage, direct, and implement effective distribution processes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
Branch Optimization: Network with branch offices to address bottlenecks, fulfill requirements, and continuous improvement through more effective operational systems.
Team & Performance Development: Maintain staff discipline, optimize working conditions, and maximize workforce productivity through performance mentoring, positive feedback, and capacity building.
Fleet & Resource Management: Oversee vehicle maintenance and utilization to ensure cost-efficiency, energy savings, and maximum productivity with minimal risks.
SOP & Budget Control: Ensure strict compliance with departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while enhancing them as needed; manage budgets effectively to maximize productivity and mitigate operational risks.
Reporting & Ad-hoc Duties: Deliver monthly and periodic reports regarding operational status, progress, and future plans to Manager, the MD & ED, and perform other duties as assigned by executive management.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
