Job Requirements
- ဘွဲ့ရ (Any Graduate)
- Supply Chain၊ Logistics၊ Warehouse Management သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Certificate ရရှိထားသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Warehouse လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၄) နှစ်နှင့်အထက်။
- Supervisor Level အတွေ့အကြုံ (၂) နှစ်နှင့်အထက်။
- Computer Microsoft Word, Excel အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- Warehouse ၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းများကို စီမံကြီးကြပ်ရန်။
- Products များကို သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Storage Standard များနှင့်အညီ သိမ်းဆည်းရန်။
- Receiving၊ Storage၊ Picking၊ Packing နှင့် Dispatch Process များကို စနစ်တကျ ကြီးကြပ်ရန်။
- Customer Order များကို အချိန်မီနှင့် မှန်ကန်စွာ ဖြည့်ဆည်းနိုင်ရန် စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်။
- Inventory Accuracy ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
- Daily, Weekly နှင့် Monthly Stock Checking များ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- Damaged Products များကို စောင့်ကြည့်၍ Report တင်ပြရန်။
- Leakage၊ Damage နှင့် Packaging Condition များကို စစ်ဆေးရန်။
- Dispatch မတိုင်မီ Product၊ Batch Number၊ Quantity နှင့် Delivery Documents များကို စစ်ဆေးအတည်ပြုရန်။
- Customer Delivery များကို အချိန်မီ ထွက်ရှိစေဖို့အတွက် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- Receiving Report၊ Dispatch Report၊ Inventory Report နှင့် Stock Movement Report များ ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြရန်။
- Stock Data များကို မှန်ကန်စွာ Update ပြုလုပ်ရန်။
- Daily၊ Weekly နှင့် Monthly Warehouse KPI Report များကို Management ထံ တင်ပြရန်။
- Sales နှင့် Finance Department များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- Customer Complaint နှင့် Delivery Issue များကို အချိန်မီ ဖြေရှင်းရန်။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holiday
