Job Description
• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure proper handling, storage.
• Oversee loading and unloading operations to ensure safe and efficient inventory management
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock .
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and report material shortages or excess inventory.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Prepare and submit warehouse reports, stock movement records, and dispatch documentation.
• Ensure all goods received and dispatched are properly documented. Team Supervision:
• Supervise warehouse staff including storekeepers and warehouse assistants.
• Provide training and guidance to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and storage practices to prevent damage, spills, or accidents.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control systems.
Job Requirement
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control systems.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with physical activity.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and material handling procedures.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
