Job Description
- Supervise supplier receiving processes to verify quantities and conditions of received goods
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, storage and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO where applicable)
- Maintain organized and safe storage systems to protect materials and prevent loss, damage and misplacement
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Supervise picking accuracy and dispatch of sales orders and production orders on time
- Verify documentation accuracy for deliveries and internal transfers
- Optimize inbound/outbound flow to avoid delays
- Coordination with production, sales, inventory and logistic
Job Requirement
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or inventory management
- Have above 3 Year experienced
- Strong understanding of receiving, storekeeping, dispatch control procedures
- Experience with ERP or Google Suite
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams and enforce process discipline
- Knowledge of safety and warehouse best practices
Working hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
