Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in FMCG wholesale and distribution.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of the Myanmar FMCG wholesale market and distribution channels.
- Existing network of wholesale and retail customers is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing sales teams.
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting
Job Description
- Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies.
- Build and manage relationships with retailers, wholesalers and key accounts.
- Train, supervise and motivate the sales team.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Expand distribution coverage throughout Yangon and surrounding regions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse operations.
- Ensure efficient order processing and delivery performance.
- Analyse sales performance and market trends.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
- Manage customer credit and collections.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance departments.
Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : A day per week
