Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, student recruitment, or agent coordination
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Proven ability to promote programs and achieve recruitment targets
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Ability to multitask and work with international partners
• Experience in the education industry is an advantage
Job Descriptions
• Lead the promotion of one of the Singapore Government’s School and Canadian High School across assigned markets (Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar)
• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with educational agencies and local school partners.
• Actively promote programs through agent networks, student counseling support, webinars, and events
• Monitor student applications and evaluate agent performance to drive recruitment targets
• Follow up on student applications and ensure timely submission of all required documents
• Identify new business opportunities and expand agent network in target markets
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on promotion activities, pipeline, and results
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Sat(half),Sunday and Public holidays
