Job Description
- The Assistant Manager – Sales is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence across Mandalay and Upper Myanmar. The successful candidate will develop strong customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to achieve the company’s sales objectives.
- This is a field-based position. Daily office attendance is not required; however, the employee must attend meetings, training sessions, and other company events whenever requested.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote and sell IVD product portfolio, including:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout Mandalay and Upper Myanmar.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with the Application and Engineering teams to ensure successful installations and excellent after-sales support.
- Follow up on quotations, customer inquiries, and payment collections.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Support marketing activities, seminars, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Any grads,only well experience is fine
- Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IVD, laboratory diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare sales.
- Proven experience in selling laboratory analyzers and diagnostic reagents is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good planning, reporting, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Mandalay and Upper Myanmar.
- A valid driving licence is an advantage.
- Territory: Mandalay & Upper Myanmar
- Field-based position with flexible working arrangements.
- Office attendance is only required for scheduled meetings, training sessions, or other business needs.
- Frequent travel within the assigned territory is expected.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday ,Sunday &Public Holidays
