Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and related fields. B. Com
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a relevant Finance Manager position.
- Diploma IFRS, ACCA.
- Ability to prepare and review the Balance Sheet.
- Must have experience in construction accounting and project cost management.
- Proficient in using accounting software for financial transactions, reporting, and accounting operations.
- Must be honest, possess good moral character, and demonstrate can read and understand shop drawings and general assembly drawings.
Job Descriptions
- Reviewing the operations of the Finance Department of .
- Review and approve Subcontractor and Supplier payments related to the projects.
- Review and approve advance payments and settlement payments related to the projects and other departments.
- Review and approve all transactions in UBS accounting system to be recorded account codes and correct project-related accounts.
- Monthly report and analyze the reporting data.
- Report on each project profitability to management after the project completion.
- Responsible for conducting monthly stock (inventory) checks to ensure that physical stocks match the inventory records. Conduct an annual physical verification of fixed assets.
- Review and investigate each ledger accounts in the accounting system (UBS) and maintain cleared excel schedules for each.
- Review each project budgets according to work plans.
- Compile information for external auditors, internal auditors, as required.
- Supervise the works of team members and responsible to instructed cleared guidelines.
- To do other ad-hoc duties are assigned by Dy CFO and management.
- Prepare and maintain QA/ QC documentation, including reports and inspection records.
- Coordinate with the production team to monitor quality and resolve non-conformance issues.
- Review technical drawing and customer specifications to ensure compliance.
- Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process products, and final products.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (12:00PM), Sunday & Public Holidays
