Job Requirements
• High School Graduate or holding a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in cosmetics sales, beauty salons, or retail sales is highly preferred. (Freshers with a strong passion for beauty are also welcome to apply).
• Good understanding of skincare routines, skin types, makeup techniques, and current beauty trends.
• Friendly, polite, and excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to persuade customers.
• Must have a neat, well-groomed appearance and a pleasant personality suitable for the beauty industry.
Job Description
• Welcome and greet customers warmly, understand their skincare or makeup needs, and provide professional recommendations.
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets by actively promoting cosmetics, skincare products, and ongoing shop promotions.
• Demonstrate how to use products, apply makeup samples, and explain the benefits or ingredients of different beauty items to customers.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels on display shelves, ensure all testers are clean and available, and report missing items to the supervisor.
• Handle cash and mobile wallet transactions (such as KPay, Wave) accurately using the POS system.
• Keep the beauty counter, display shelves, and the overall shop environment clean, neat, and attractive.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday Only
