Job Requirements
- တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Sales Supervisor သို့မဟုတ် FMCG/Distribution Sales ပိုင်းတွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ 4 ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Sales Team ကို ဦးဆောင်ကြီးကြပ်နိုင်ပြီး Target-oriented ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Communication, Negotiation နှင့် Problem-solving Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- Market Visit နှင့် Field Work ဆင်းနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Microsoft Excel, Word နှင့် အခြေခံ Sales Reporting အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
- ကားမောင်းတတ်ပြီး Valid Driving License ရှိသူအား ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- ရိုးသား၍ တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး အဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- Holica Product များ၏ နေ့စဉ် Sales နှင့် Distribution လုပ်ငန်းများကို ကြီးကြပ်စီမံရန်။
- သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Sales Target များ ပြည့်မီစေရန် Sales Team ကို ဦးဆောင်၍ နေ့စဉ်/အပတ်စဉ် Sales Plan များ ချမှတ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- Sales ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ Route Plan၊ Customer Visit နှင့် Daily Sales Activities များကို စစ်ဆေးကြီးကြပ်ရန်။
- လက်ရှိ Customer/Dealer များနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်သော ဆက်ဆံရေးထိန်းသိမ်းပြီး Customer အသစ်များနှင့် အရောင်းဈေးကွက်အသစ်များ ရှာဖွေရန်။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Market Area များသို့ ပုံမှန်ကွင်းဆင်း၍ Product Availability, Display, Price, Promotion နှင့် Competitor Activities များကို စစ်ဆေးရန်။
- Customer Order များ၊ Delivery အခြေအနေများနှင့် Customer Feedback/Complaint များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Team များနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ဖြေရှင်းရန်။
- Sales Team ၏ Attendance, Discipline နှင့် Performance များကို ကြီးကြပ်ရန်။
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Report များ ပြုစု၍ Management သို့ တင်ပြရန်။
- Sales Target နှင့် Actual Sales ကို နှိုင်းယှဉ်စစ်ဆေးပြီး Target မပြည့်မီပါက လိုအပ်သော Action Plan များ ချမှတ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- Stock Availability ကို Warehouse/Distribution Team နှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်စစ်ဆေး၍ Out-of-stock ဖြစ်မှု လျော့နည်းစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- Company မှ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Promotion, Campaign နှင့် Sales Activities များကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရန်။
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
