Job Descriptions

Design and implement warehouse stores and bin locations to make easier to find items in and out of warehouse stores
Keep safe of warehouse locations by providing access only to authorized persons
Check and report for transit damaged or shortage items when receiving or delivering items
Store items under well designed conditions to avoid damages, break down and corruptions over time
Monitor stocks in all warehouse locations and agent locations, and manage inventory control of whole company including branch offices
Keep records of stock and ensure there is no loss/minimum loss at the time of stock taking
Take stock of overall inventory and tally with manual records/computer system/ERP system report at least biannually
Keep clean work areas and maintain well for warehouse safety hazard
Able to communicate to related department to submit the necessary reports
Daily supervision on the operation of retail sales to delivery the units and spare parts by assigning the warehouse staffs
Able to collect and contact the logistics company/car owners to arrange the delivery of machines and spare parts in time as per the request by sales department

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
