Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Any Graduate)
- LCCI Level I or Level II is required.
- Minimum one (1) year experience as Cashier or related position.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Job Description
- Receive cash, cheque, bank transfer, and other authorized payments from customers.
- Verify payment amounts and ensure all supporting documents are complete and accurate.
- Maintain sufficient cash balance for daily operations.
- Count and reconcile cash balances at the beginning and end of each working day.
- Safeguard cash, cheque books, and other financial documents.
- Record all cash receipts and payments accurately and promptly.
- Maintain daily cash book and supporting documentation.
- File financial records systematically for audit and reference purposes.
- Prepare and submit reports finance manager.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
