Job Descriptions
- Overseeing all corporate financial planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and the timely generation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
- Ensuring absolute compliance with local financial regulations, Myanmar Accounting Standards (MAS/IFRS), internal audit protocols, and corporate tax laws.
- Actively managing company cash flow liquidity, banking relationships, corporate investments, and identifying/mitigating overall financial risks.
- Providing deep financial data analysis, cost-benefit evaluations, and strategic insights directly to the executive team to drive informed business and investment decisions.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the internal finance and accounting team to elevate technical capabilities, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a senior or supervisory accounting role (ideally within a fast-growing corporate structure or digital platform ecosystem).
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
