Job Requirements
- Under 35 years old
- Any Bachelor Degree holder
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service,
- Computer (Typing Good , Internet & Emailing, Good Comunication Skill, English spoken- Elementry or upper Level)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with customers and carriers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Job Descriptions
- Document process till end attention to details is vital when processing shipping line bookings and bill of lading documents. Accuracy in recording information, verifying cargo details, and ensuring proper documentation is essential to prevent errors and ensure smooth operations.
- Managing multiple bookings, coordinating with different parties, and handling documentation require good organizational skills. The ability to prioritize tasks, follow processes, and maintain proper records is important for efficient workflow management.
- Customer service representatives often encounter various challenges and issues related to bookings, cargo documentation, or shipment status. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think critically, and finding practical solutions are valuable in this role.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, software applications, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is often required. This includes knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to company-specific software systems.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the shipping or logistics industry, is often desired. Experience in handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction is valuable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, suppliers, and other team members. The ability to effectively convey information, provide assistance, and resolve customer inquiries is crucial.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday Sunday & Public Holidays
