Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E) Civil.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience.
- Proficient in structural design software ETABS and SAFE.
- Skilled in drafting software AutoCAD 2D & 3D and BIM.
- Familiar with relevant standards and codes, including MNBC and Analysis of Rates for Building Works.
Job Description
- Executed project planning, architectural schematic design in the early stages, and detailed architectural construction drawing design in the later phases.
- Complete the structural scheme design and construction drawing design for the structural specialty, and issue the structural calculation report.
- Complete the calculation of project quantities (Civil works & Steel structure works) and the estimation of bidding costs.
- A versatile talent capable of independently handling tasks in architecture, structural engineering, and quantity surveying (QS).
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (12:00PM), Sunday & Public Holidays
