Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or Hospitality Management) is highly desirable.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry, including at least 3 years in a senior executive role.
- Proven experience managing luxury hotels, hotel chains, or multi-property operations.
- Strong commercial, financial, and strategic management expertise.
- Demonstrated success in revenue growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, sales & marketing, asset management, and hospitality technology systems.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute the strategic vision and business plans for Hotels Group.
- Lead and oversee the operational performance of all hotels within the Group.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall financial performance.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and consistent service excellence across all properties.
- Lead Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations, Finance, and Food & Beverage functions.
- Identify investment opportunities, hotel developments, acquisitions, and new business partnerships.
- Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and capital expenditure plans while ensuring cost optimization.
- Establish operational policies, quality assurance systems, and brand standards across all hotels.
- Build high-performing leadership teams through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
- Maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, investors, government authorities, tourism organizations, and strategic partners.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, health, safety, environmental, and corporate governance requirements.
- Champion digital transformation, sustainability initiatives, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the Group.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
