Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution or supply chain management.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.
- Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
- Must be proficient in Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Transportation Management, ERP Systems
Job Description
- Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage daily warehouse and distribution operations.
- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and company policies.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement.
- Coordinate order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
- Optimize transportation routes and distribution costs.
- Manage third-party logistics providers and transportation vendors.
- Monitor distribution KPIs and prepare management reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Customer Service teams.
- Ensure product traceability and proper documentation.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate distribution staff.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sat (Alt), Sunday and Public Holidays
