Job Requirements
- Age 25 – 45 Year
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E, B.Tech, AGTI) with Mechanical/ Electrical
- Minimum four (4) year experiences on facilities maintenance and M&E work
- Able to use MS Office e.g., Excel, Power Point, Word
- Understand the M&E drawings
- Good in both written and spoken English
- Able good knowledge Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) rules and regulations.
Job Description
- Plan warehouse and Supply Base facilities maintenance (PM) activities as per SSHE MS
- and Company Procedure to ensure good condition tools/equipment and healthy facilities
- services, activities include:
- schedule facilities maintenance plan in preventive maintenancesystem (PMS) and
- supervising service company for maintenance work e.g., mechanical system, fire
- alarm system inspection as per agreed terms and conditions.
- perform routine inspection of standby equipment and maintenance of defective
- equipment in a timely manner.
- prepare and issue Supply Base facilities maintenance service procurement
- documents e.g., scope of work, equipment specification, cost estimation; and
- maintain and optimize maintenance material stock and report to supervisor for any
- corrective Maintenance (CM) Activities for system shut down.
- assist supervisor/project team for new Supply Base construction/renovation if required.
- maintain and provide up-to-date and accurate documents/records/reports of equipment
- history and expenditure in computerized database for tracking and work & budget planning.
- propose solutions or initiatives for facilities management to supervisor for further
- promote the implementation of SSHE rules and regulations in the area of responsibilities
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday(half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
