•Team management နှင့် leadership အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ။
•Business operation, budgeting နှင့် cost control နားလည်သူ။
•Decision-making နှင့် problem-solving skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ။
•Communication နှင့် negotiation skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ။
•အသက် ၃၅ မှ ၄၅ အတွင်း။
Job Description
•Company ၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှုများကို အလုံးစုံ စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
•Department များ၏ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို ညှိနှိုင်းကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
•Company business plans နှင့် operational strategies များကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း။
•Company target များ ပြည့်မီစေရန် Department Head များကို ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
•Budget, cost control နှင့် operational performance များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း။
•Business development နှင့် customer / supplier relations များကို စီမံခြင်း။
•Management / Director ထံသို့ လုပ်ငန်းအခြေအနေ report များ တင်ပြခြင်း။
•Company policies, procedures နှင့် objectives များကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း။
Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
