Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • New graduate or 1-2 years experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good communication skills in Myanmar and English.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Job Descriptions

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and telephone calls.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and records.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and stationery inventory.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure office facilities are clean and well-organized.
  • Arrange hotel bookings and transportation for employees and visitors.
  • Apply visa applications and travel related documentation.
  • Assist with contract, permit, and license documentation as required.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, government offices, and external parties.
  • Support HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

 

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Saturday(alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
