Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- New graduate or 1-2 years experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good communication skills in Myanmar and English.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Descriptions
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and telephone calls.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and records.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure office facilities are clean and well-organized.
- Arrange hotel bookings and transportation for employees and visitors.
- Apply visa applications and travel related documentation.
- Assist with contract, permit, and license documentation as required.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, government offices, and external parties.
- Support HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday(alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
