Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree and diploma in HRM.
  • Age between 28 and 40.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Strong Knowledge to Labor Law and negotiation skill.
  • Professional in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and time-management skills.
  • Must be organized and attentive to detail.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and complete within deadlines.
  • Must have positive mind-set.

Job Description

  • HR Strategy & Policy – Implement and update company HR policies, procedures, and Employee Handbook.
  • Recruitment & Manpower Planning – Work closely with Management on recruitment, manpower planning, and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations & Discipline – Handle employee complaints, disciplinary issues, warnings, and workplace conflicts.
  • Payroll & Compliance – Supervise payroll, SSB, tax contributions, and compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
  • Employee & Organization Development – Plan and implement employee training, development, and organizational development programs.
  • Budget & Benefits Management – Manage the HR budget and develop and implement employee benefit policies.
  • Management Reporting – Prepare and present monthly HR reports and annual departmental review reports to Management.

Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefit: Ferry will be provided
