Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or senior HR role.
- Experience in a manufacturing, trading, or industrial setting is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labor Laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Job Descriptions
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to preparing employment contracts and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- HR Policy & Compliance: Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to align with company objectives and ensure full compliance with Myanmar Labor Laws.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing grievances, and promoting a culture of accountability and engagement.
- Performance Management: Manage the performance appraisal system and monitor employee performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Training & Development: Coordinate and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development.
- HR Administration: Oversee daily HR operations, manage employee records, and support payroll coordination and administration.
Working Hour: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday and Public Holidays
