Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Diploma and/or professional certifications in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of total HR experience, including at least 3 years in a similar position (Managerial/Officer role).
- Strong knowledge of full HR functions (Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations).
- Thorough understanding of Myanmar Labour Laws & regulations.
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) and experience with HRIS / HR Management Systems.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
