Job Requirements
- Any degree holder, a degree in business, logistics or supply change management is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in warehousing and inventory tracking.
- Age between 25 – 40 years old.
- Computer literate especially spread sheet.
- Proficiency in inventory management software.
- English language proficiency moderate.
- Basic technical awareness is preferred.
- Able to operate forklift is preferred.
- Problem solving skill and communication ability are preferred.
Job Descriptions
- To monitor good receipt and spare issue to maintain inventory level.
- To ensure correct amount of the items are in stock.
- To maintain updated and accurate records of inventory including transfer.
- To review documentation and monitor product codes so as to search for discrepancy, to troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
- To review maintenance schedules and operation requirement in order to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- To prepare, generate & file inventory report and submit monthly report to Management.
- To update inventory database and reconcile physical counts with software record.
- To communicate with YGN Head Office logistics/procurement team so as to order new stocks, track deliveries and check product quality and quantity.
- To analyze inventory database and forecast item-wise demand.
Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
