Job Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field is more prefer.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Pleasant personality, Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
Job Descriptions
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally
- Understand and follow operational procedures
- Have good knowledge of Clinic’s checkup procedures
- Plan and implement marketing strategies and conduct market research
- Work independently to prepare marketing plans and visit potential clients
- Arrange appointments, manage SRPS contracts and follow up regularly
- Prepare and submit routine and monthly marketing reports to management
- Calculate referral and commission fees and arrange monthly payments
- Coordinate with reception, laboratory and pharmacy sales
- Assist with promotions and health checkup packages
- Analyze market demand and maintain good customer relationships
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
