Job Requirements

  • M.B.B.S. degree with a valid SAMA license.
  • Must be a Myanmar National.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimum available basic facilities.
  • Ability to work independently and provide prompt and accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a non-judgmental attitude toward people from different ethnic backgrounds.
  • Good team player with positive interpersonal skills when working with colleagues.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Myanmar.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office Package.
  • Ability to use and apply Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Job Descriptions

  • Provide healthcare and counselling to patients attending the clinic.
  •  Provide Primary Health Care, ANC, PNC, and Child Care services.
  •  Provide treatment and services related to HIV, TB, Family Planning, including implant insertion and removal, cervical cancer screening, and Hepatitis B & C.
  • Provide health education to patients during consultations.
  •  Discuss complicated cases with other Medical Officers and clinic staff for appropriate case management.
  •  Maintain clear, complete, and accurate patient documentation
  •  Ensure smooth clinic operations and patient flow.
  • Treat patients with respect, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude.
  •  Collaborate with Telehealth Assistants and conduct remote medical consultations using telecommunication.
  • Order necessary investigations and prescribe required medicines.
  • Provide diagnoses and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely collection of relevant data.
  •  Supervise monthly data entry and data collection by clinic staff.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Operation Manager, including situation analysis, project progress, data, strengths and weaknesses of activities, etc.
  • Ensure stock registers, patient registers, reports, and analyses are maintained correctly and systematically.
  • Report difficulties, security concerns, potential outbreaks, and other relevant information to the Operation Manager.
  •  Maintain Electronic Medical Records (EMR), including patients’ clinical history, physical examination, and prescriptions.

Working Hour: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday &Public Holidays
