Job Description
. Check daily design schedule and priorities.
. Create visuals for social media posts, stories, reels thumbnails (work based on creative briefs).
. Prepare promotional banners, posters and brochures.
. Edit photos and videos.
. Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative techniques.
. Prepare print-ready and digital-ready artwork.
. ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
. Work closely with content writer for final artwork and drafts.
. Coordinate with the Marketing and Social Media teams to meet campaign requirements.
. Save and organize files in proper folders.
. Revise according to Marketing Manager feedback.
. Maintain brand consistency.
. Ensure all designs meet company branding guidelines.
. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
. Finalize and export in correct formats.
. Manage design folder & version control.
. Assigned tasks must be completed on or before the deadline.
Job Requirements
. 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
. A Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work is required.
. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
. Knowledge of Canva Figma, or other design tools is an advantage.
. Photo and Video editing skills
. Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
. Experience creating short-form videos and motion graphics is an advantage.
. Strong creativity and communication skills.
. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
. Ability to accept feedback and make revisions as required.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
