Job Requirements:

• Holding a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiar with banking procedures in Myanmar (withdrawals, deposits, documentation).
• Basic knowledge of SSB procedures is an advantage.
• Handle daily office administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and record keeping
• Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
• Support document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and distribution.
• Willing to travel locally for bank and government office visits
• Perform any other administrative or operational tasks assigned by the Operation Manager or management for daily operations.
• Assist in coordinating with internal teams and external parties as required.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• High level of teamwork and the ability to work effectively with others
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
• Active, smart, and presentable appearance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently network and coordinate with government officials and external agencies

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
