Job Requirements
• ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခု ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Operations Management (အိမ်ဆောက်ပစ္စည်း / Building Materials ပိုင်း) တွင် Manager Level ဖြင့် အနည်းဆုံး (၂) နှစ် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ ရှိရမည်။
• Customer Service Excellence နှင့် Business Operations ကို နားလည်သဘောပေါက်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Microsoft Office နှင့် Reporting Tools များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
• ဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ပြဿနာများကို ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်စွမ်းရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အသက် (၃၀) မှ (၄၀) နှစ်အတွင်း ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
• အိမ်ဆောက်ပစ္စည်း လက်လီအရောင်းဆိုင်များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲ၍ လုပ်ငန်းများ လည်ပတ်မှု ချောမွေ့စေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
• Shop Manager များနှင့်အတူ Team Performance ကို ကြီးကြပ်၍ Productivity (စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်) တိုးတက်စေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
• Customer Experience နှင့် Service Quality ကို အဆက်မပြတ် မြှင့်တင်ခြင်း။
• ဆိုင်တစ်ဆိုင်ချင်းစီ၏ အရောင်းပန်းတိုင် (Sales Target) ပြည့်မီစေရန် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း။
• Operational SOPs နှင့် Standards များကို လိုက်နာစေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
• Inventory (လက်ကျန်ပစ္စည်း)၊ Facilities နှင့် Operational Resources များကို ထိရောက်စွာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
• Customer Service ကောင်းမွန်မှု မကျဆင်းစေရန် ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ အရည်အသွေးကို စောင့်ကြည့်အကဲဖြတ်ခြင်း။
• Strong Leadership (ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုအရည်အချင်း)၊ People Management နှင့် Decision-making Skills (ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ချနိုင်စွမ်း) ရှိရမည်။
• Management Team ထံသို့ Sales Volume (အရောင်းပမာဏ) တက်စေရန် Program / Promotion Program / Retail Shop Decoration Suggestion နှင့် Operation Performance Report များ တင်ပြခြင်း။
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: One day per week and Public Holidays
