Job Requirements
- Female candidate with strong leadership and discipline
- 3–5 years’ experience in retail operations (Skincare/Cosmetic background preferred)
- Good knowledge of stock control and team supervision
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP) – Mandatory
- Organized, result-oriented and responsible personality
Job Descriptions
- Oversee daily online & showroom retail operations
- Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Lead and supervise a team of 12–15 staff
- Monitor sales and operational KPIs
- Ensure stock accuracy and inventory control
- Supervise office documentation and petty cash usage
- Coordinate promotional activities and assist in campaign execution
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Working Hours: 9:00AM ~6:00PM
Holidays: Tuesday & Public Holidays
Benefits: Transportation & Phone Bill Allowance (From probation period)
Quarterly Performance Bonus (Based on KPI achievement)
