Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Any Graduate)
- Able to prepare and analyze sales reports using Microsoft.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in Distribution Sales.
- At least one (1) to two (2) years of experience as a sales supervisor or senior sales representative.
- Experience in FMCG, Beverage, Liquor, or Consumer Goods distribution is preferred.
- Possession of a valid Myanmar driving license is an advantage.
- Willing to travel within the assigned sales territory.
Job Description
- Lead the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance regularly and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
- Supervise, motivate, and manage the daily activities of the sales team.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Plan and manage sales routes and territory coverage.
- Conduct regular field visits with Sales Representatives to monitor execution and provide on-the-job coaching.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotional activities, and market trends.
- Collect and report market information and customer feedback to management.
- Recommend appropriate sales and marketing actions based on market conditions.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
