Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Com , B.B.A (Finance/Accounting) or ACCA Level 2/3 (or) CPA qualified.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance. Experience in Non-Bank Financial
- Institution, Microfinance, or Banking sectors is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using Accounting Software and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead a small team.
Job Descriptions
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance
with IFRS. - Ensure all financial and accounting processes comply with Central Bank/NBFI
regulations and local tax laws (IRIS, Commercial Tax, Income Tax, WHT). - Oversee daily accounting transactions, cash flow management, loan disbursements, and
repayments tracking. - Liaise with internal and external auditors for smooth financial auditing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and meet strict
deadlines.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday ,Sunday & Public Holidays
