Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field.
  • Additional professional qualifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum (2-3) years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of the related job responsibilities or other fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Basic to good English (written).
  • Honest and responsible.
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated and hardworking.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Punctual and disciplined.
  • Good health condition.
  • Willing to work overtime when required.
  • Willing to travel for business if necessary.

Job Descriptions

  • Communicate with shipper line/co-loader/shipper and oversea agents for booking status.
  • Handle for booking and submit booking to shipping line/co-loader via system and doing ECR if any needed.
  • Check & reply email from shipper or Japanese side and inform JPN side for booking status.
  • Follow up with shipper for VGM and submit VGM to respective shipping line via system.
  • Update booking details in CIS system as booking note.
  • Provide booking list to BL team for BL processing.

 

Working Hours: 8:30AM ~ 4:30PM

Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays

Benefits: Ferry will be provided.
