Job Requirement
- Degree in Civil Engineering/ Building Technology/ Construction Management (Diploma or Certificates in Quantity Surveying is preferred)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Construction field as QS Engineer.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
- Strong coordination skill and leadership skill.
- Pro-active and attentive.
Job Descriptions
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Examining maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
- Liaising with site managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Measure and value the work done on site.
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday and Public Holidays
