• At least 3 ~ 5 years and above experience in relevant field in a medium and large enterprise environment
Job Description
• Diagnose and repair high end products including cold room, coolers, freezers and other related products.
• Plan, coordinate and provide ongoing technical training for service technicians.
• Provide technicians with technical support and training on a daily basis.
• Provide administrative support for all service work including manufacturer and warranty contracts.
• Provide support and planning for dispatching and other administrative duties affecting technician routing.
• Provide staff support for administrative tasks and proper documentation.
• Supervise the maintenance & inventory of tools, equipment. 8. Attend meeting and assist field technicians as needed.
• Manage and control the service operation as service, delivery and pullout.
• Make the right guide line and decision for service process as per customer needed 11. Prepare and make the technical training for service technicians, if needed.
• Make the design, quotation, invoices and follow-up.
• Maintain the good relation and with customer’s service complain.
• 1Prepare for safety environment and report for any requirements to MD
• Prepare and submit the weekly/monthly report to MD on time.
• Perform the ad hoc assigned duties.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
