Job Requirements

Any Graduate.
3 years of experience in service management or technical operations.
Exceptional communication skills to handle client complaints, explain technical issues clearly, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Strong organization and computer skills (MS Office) to maintain service logs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Job Descriptions

Maintain accurate records of service calls, repair and maintenance performed.
Must have proven hands-on experience and troubleshooting skills in TV repair, including LED/OLED mainboards and display panels.
Organize training and ongoing support for install teams.
Maintain proper records for warranty service history and maintenance contract.
Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients regarding system performance repair and maintenance needs.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly service reports.
Ensuring timely and quality service delivery and customer satisfaction after service.
Daily scheduling of service teams and technicians.
Provide technical support and on site guidance.
Coordinate with procurement team for part ordering.
Communicate with clients regarding complaints and feedback.
Manage spare parts usage completion and stock levels.
Other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations.

Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
