Job Requirement
- Any graduate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/export import field.
- Highly competent in controlling cargo truck routes, domestic logistics planning for Yangon, Bago and Ayeyarwaddy Region.
- Ability to connect and build relationships with trucking gates, logistics services, shipping lines and related stakeholders.
- Preferred a candidate with a strong network of logistics background.
- Must be familiar with agriculture commodities supply chain (Rice, Mazie, Beans).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Email, EnglishMyanmar Typing).
- Good personal skills and communication skills.
- Must have experience with working/dealing with government bodies.
- Background knowledge of shipping documents and customs regulations.
- Willing to learn and develop.
Job Descriptions
- Connect with logistics agent, frieght forwarders and truck gates for transportation of cargo for export.
- Coordinate effectively between third party services and warehouses for timely delivery and smooth operation.
- Handle containers and breakbulk shipments with the support of customs clearance agent.
- Prepare export/import loadingdischarging reports, cargo trucking reports.
- Handle export/import shipping documents (BL, Phyto, CO, Invoice, Packing List)
- Visit warehouses for product sampling and government offices for document submission.
- Appoint inspection teams for both license procedures and cargo preparation.
- Communicate with shipping agency department (SAD) for related export matters.
- Collaborate with cross departments to acheive effective internal operation.
- Other adhoc duties assigned by management.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
