Job Descriptions
Warehouse Management
- ISP ပစ္စည်းများကို စနစ်တကျ သိမ်းဆည်းထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
- Stock In / Stock Out records များကို နေ့စဉ် update လုပ်ရန်။
- Fiber Cable, ONU, Router, Drop Cable, Clamp, Joint Box, Adapter, Patch Cord စသည့် network materials များကို category ခွဲထားရန်။
- Warehouse သန့်ရှင်းရေးနှင့် လုံခြုံရေးကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
- Damage / Lost materials များကို report တင်ရန်။
- Monthly stock count / inventory checking ပြုလုပ်ရန်။
Materials Issuing
- Technician / Installation Team များအား materials issue ထုတ်ပေးရန်။
- Material Request Form (MRF) စစ်ဆေးပြီး issue လုပ်ရန်။
- အသုံးပြုပြီး ပြန်အပ်သော ပစ္စည်းများကို record ပြန်သွင်းရန်။
- Site return materials များကို စစ်ဆေးလက်ခံရန်။
Purchasing & Procurement
- လိုအပ်သော ISP materials များကို supplier များထံ inquiry လုပ်ရန်။
- Price comparison ပြုလုပ်ပြီး management ထံတင်ပြရန်။
- Purchase Order (PO) ပြင်ဆင်ရန်။
- Supplier များနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ပြီး delivery follow up လုပ်ရန်။
- Purchased items များကို quantity / quality စစ်ဆေးလက်ခံရန်။
Inventory Control
- Minimum stock level သတ်မှတ်ပြီး stock မကုန်ခင် alert ပေးရန်။
- Fast-moving items နှင့် slow-moving items များကို track လုပ်ရန်။
- Inventory report weekly / monthly တင်ပြရန်။
- Excel သို့မဟုတ် inventory software ဖြင့် stock management လုပ်နိုင်ရန်။
Documentation & Reporting
- GRN (Goods Received Note).
- Issue Voucher.
- Purchase Record.
- Supplier List.
- Monthly Inventory Report များကို စနစ်တကျထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
Job Requirements
- ဘွဲ့ရ(သို့မဟုတ်)ကျောင်းကိစ္စကင်းရှင်းဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Microsoft Excel အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
- Stock inventory management နားလည်ရမည်။
- Purchasing process အခြေခံသိရှိရမည်။
- ISP / FTTH materials အကြောင်း အခြေခံသိရှိသူ ဦးစားပေး။
- Record keeping ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- Communication skill ကောင်းရမည်။
- Honest & Responsible ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Preferred Experience: Storekeeper / Warehouse experience (1 year+) ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Telecom / ISP / Networking field experience ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Excel report လုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
