Job Requirements
• Any graduate, Diploma or Certificate in HR Management
• 5 years above experience in related field (more prefer restaurant field).
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email)
• Manage the recruitment process including posting, recruiting, interviewing and hiring for open positions
• Calculate the payroll process
• Registering for SSB, Personal income tax
• Dealing with related government offices such as SSB and Labor affairs
• Good interpersonal skills & communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
Job Descriptions
• Set up the organization development
• Payroll Process
• Establish HR Department objectives, manpower plan and monthly budget
• Conduct performance appraisal for all employees
• Give guidelines to all employees for Human Resources policies and procedures
• Solve the problems related with HR.
• Inform critical human resources situation and issues, including changes in manpower, legal consideration, recruitment and selection, disciplinary and termination practices to the management
• Monitor and review monthly Admin KPI
• Assest management
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: One Day Per Week & Public Holidays
