Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Must be able to drive.
- MBA or advanced business qualification.
- Experience in [Engine oil Industry].
- Knowledge of sales automation and reporting tools.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
