Job Requirements
- Marketing, Business သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘွဲ့ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။ (မရှိလည်း အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရင်ရ)
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာအလုပ်အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၂) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
- Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Social Media Platforms အသုံးချနိုင်ရမည်။
- Content Writing, Copywriting, Basic Graphic Design/Video Editing နားလည်ထားရမည်။
- Facebook Ads Manager / TikTok Ads ds Manager / Google Analytics အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
- Data ကို ချက်ချင်း အကဲဖြတ်ပြီး အဆင့်မြှင့်တင်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိရမည်။
- စိတ်ဖန်တီးမှု (Creativity) ကောင်းပြီး Teamwork နှင့် Communication Skill ကောင်းရမည်
Job Description
- Social media strategy တည်ဆောက်ခြင်းနှင့် စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်ခြင်း၊
- Daily posts, Stories, Reels, Videos စသည်တို့ကို ဖန်းတီးခြင်း (Content Creation)
- Paid Ads (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) ထားခြင်းနှင့် Optimize လုပ်ခြင်း၊
- Followers, Engagement rate, reach တိုးတက်စေရန် Campaigns စီမံဖော်ဆောင်ခြင်း၊
- Customer engagement (inbox reply, comments handling)
- Monthly performance reports (KPIs) ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း၊
- Market trends, competitor analysis, social media insights ချိန်ညှိခြင်း။
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays : Sunday & Gazette Day
