Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing, import/export operations, vendor management, and customs clearance.
- Knowledge of inventory control, import logistics, and chemical application processes.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Descriptions
- Manage purchasing processes and cost analysis effectively.
- Monitor order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics agents to ensure smooth shipment execution and handle customs clearance processes.
- Ensure all import/export documents comply with government regulations, customs requirements, and company standards.
- Communicate with warehouse teams and logistics partners to resolve unloading issues and cargo damage
- cases.
- Manage vendors related to import processes.
- Prepare regular supply chain reports (order status, shipment performance, inventory levels, and operational issues).
- Perform data entry and updates in the ERP system.
- Handle import license applications, extensions, amendments, and cancellations via Trade Net.
- Monitor chemical licensing, registration, recommendation, and lab testing processes at DRI.
- Prepare and submit required license application documents.
- Follow up on MOC/MOI announcements and maintain strong relationships with government authorities in Nay Pyi Taw and Yangon.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Supply Chain Manager.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
